Human Resource Officer - KUTRRH/DCSA/HRO/342 – 2 POSTS Duties and Responsibilities i. Maintaining of personnel bio-data and ensuring integrity and safety of information. ii. Updating staff compliment and establishment. iii. Processing employee employment details. iv. Preparing retirement notification letters. v. Preparing agenda for various hospital committees. vi. Advising employees on human resource policies and regulations. vii. Training and mentoring human resource staff. viii. Drafting routine correspondence. ix. Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following Social Sciences: Human Resource Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Business Management or a related qualification from a recognized institution.
ii. Registration membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
iii. Valid Practicing License.
iv. Proficiency in computer applications.
