Required Qualifications:

Graduated from Business Commerce, Economics or Finance At least minimum of 3-5 years of experience, and in Construction is an added advantagePassionate and enthusiastic on the profession

Approachable, open-minded and fair

Must be able to work in a team and independently on occasions MS word, excel, logo, Sage English proficiency


Role Description:

To keep all transaction records that have financial consequences in accordance with the laws and management system

Reporting data from records

To prepare the reports and documents to be requested by the authorities in accordance with the financial and administrative legislation

To create income and expenditure programme

Directing the cash flow

Preparing financial statements

Establishing and developing relations with banks

To obtain the letters of guarantee as a result of the tender under appropriate conditions

In consultation with the Purchasing and Accounting departments, to prepare payment documents and to ensure that payments are made in a healthy way and to prevent payments with incomplete transactions.


Expected Gross Pay: 50,000 - 70,000 KES

Commencement Date: January 2020
